Privacy
RemitPath is a place to read, not a place to hand over your money or your secrets. This page explains what we never ask for, the small amount of data a visit can generate, and the third-party services involved when you load a page or click a link.
What we never ask for
We do not run accounts, take payments or move money, so we have no reason to collect sensitive details, and we never do. RemitPath will never ask you for:
- your password for any bank, wallet or exchange;
- a one-time code (OTP) sent to your phone or email;
- your private key or seed phrase;
- your identity (KYC) documents: passport, ID card, proof of address or selfies.
No legitimate support agent for any provider would ask for these either. If a page, email or chat claiming to be "RemitPath" asks for any of the above, it is not us. Stop and don't share anything.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-RPQ2C4G7R7) to see which guides get read, roughly where readers are, what devices they use and where they arrived from. It records page views and time on page, and Google says GA4 does not log or store IP addresses. What we see is aggregate reports. We can't see who you are, and nothing you type into a calculator reaches it.
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, GA4 starts in a "denied" state and sets no analytics cookies. There is no consent banner on the site, so it stays that way. To be precise about it: even in that state GA4 still sends Google a request without cookies, which can't tie your visits together. Everywhere else, GA4 sets its analytics cookies as normal.
To opt out, install Google's opt-out browser add-on, or block googletagmanager.com and google-analytics.com with a content blocker; the guides keep working. Google sets out how it uses data from sites that use its services.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is switched on as well. As each page is served, Cloudflare adds a small measurement script from cloudflareinsights.com that counts page views and load timings. It is not in our HTML, sets no cookies, runs under Cloudflare's own privacy terms, and gives us aggregate numbers only.
We run no advertising pixels or ad-tracking scripts, and there are no ads on the site. The web server, and Cloudflare in front of it, keep basic access logs for operation and security, such as request time, requested path, IP address and browser information; how long they are kept depends on their configuration.
Cookies
RemitPath sets no cookies of its own. Outside the regions above, GA4 sets two first-party cookies: _ga, which tells visitors apart, and _ga_RPQ2C4G7R7, which keeps session state; both last up to two years by default. Cloudflare may also set a technical cookie of its own for bot protection and security, which we don't control. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the guides still work.
Fonts and other third parties
Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches a font, Google may receive your IP address and basic request data as part of serving the file; this is standard for web fonts and is governed by Google's own privacy terms, not ours. We don't embed social-media trackers or third-party ad scripts.
External links
Some pages link out to other sites: a provider, an exchange, or our Binance sign-up link. Once you follow a link and leave RemitPath, you're on that site, and its privacy practices, not ours, apply. Read its policy before you enter any personal details.
Under-18s
RemitPath is written for adults. Nothing here is aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us personal details through the address below, tell us and we'll delete it.

RemitPath is an independent education site. We collect no passwords, OTPs, private keys, seed phrases or KYC documents, and nothing here is investment or legal advice.

Update note (8 Sep 2026): added the under-18s section, bringing this page into line with the Chinese version, and corrected the Analytics section: Cloudflare Web Analytics injects a measurement script at serve time, so the earlier claim that no third-party measurement script loads was not accurate.
Update note (15 Sep 2026): Google Analytics 4 is now installed, so the Analytics and Cookies sections were rewritten to say what it records, that it starts without analytics cookies in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and how to opt out. The Cloudflare paragraph still applies.
